Regional Development Associates LLC was founded by Jerry Hinson, M. Ed., CGS.  Regional Development Associates was established to assist communities and organizations in the planning and development process focused on building a solid pathway to the future.

We continue to see plans that have been developed for communities and organizations without an implementation process.  Many of these plans call for increased funding.  The Regional Development Associates team has a wealth of experience in how to secure dedicated revenue streams to implement the plan.

Regional Development Associates' team draws upon past experience in the private and public arenas.   Our team has played key roles in the communities in which they have lived by serving as a chair of a county's strategic planning committee, chair of the school district's career center advisory board; campaign chair of a major university's athletic fundraising initiative; chair of the United Way and chair of the chamber board.  Additionally, our team has worked in the private sector as corporate officers, human resource managers, and financial managers.
